The challenge
Hiring teams scored the same candidate differently depending on who reviewed them. The platform collected answers but gave reviewers no shared basis for judging them.
The approach
We designed the scoring rubric into the review interface itself, so a reviewer sees the criteria beside the answer rather than holding them in their head. Reviewer disagreement became visible instead of invisible.
The outcome
Scores converged between reviewers and hiring managers began trusting the shortlist without re-reviewing it themselves.
