Replace this with the long-form narrative.
The challenge
The mill had a logo that worked on letterhead and nowhere else. It broke down on woven labels, on stamped crates, and at the size it appeared on the selvedge.
The approach
We designed the mark at its smallest and most hostile application first — a woven label — and let everything larger inherit from it. The palette came from the dye house, not from a trend deck.
The outcome
One mark now runs across cloth, packaging, signage and digital without a separate version for each.
Results
- 1 mark across every application
- 90 years of history carried forward
